Renovated 19,781 SF existing 1975-built vacant downtown office building into 8,255 SF Renal Dialysis Facility and 1,520 SF Physician Office. Completed in 2010.

This project included major exterior facade re-work and complete interior demolition and renovation. The project scope also included adding a new fire sprinkler system, a new roof system, and new fire-rated demising walls. Separate utility metering was provided for all tenant suites involved. Development of this space involved close interaction with local Building Codes, as well as, the State Health Department.
