Bond Oman

Bond Oman is CEO of Oman-Gibson Associates, a private national full service development and construction services real estate company. OGA has worked on over 75 medical campuses in over 30 states.

Mr. Oman has developed 50 medical office buildings (ranging in size from 5,000 to 40,000 SF) in 30 states. These developments include dialysis centers, cancer centers, psychiatric hospitals, surgery centers, orthopaedic centers and medical office buildings.

Mr. Oman has been active in the field of real estate since 1985, both acquiring and selling investment property and working with many institutional buyers and lenders. Mr. Oman graduated from the University of Mississippi with a BBA with an emphasis in Banking and Finance and Managerial Finance.
