Washington, DC

Renovated 18,590 SF existing 1954-built vacant office building into Renal Dialysis Facility. Project was located in a CON State. Completed in 2011.

Bellevue, TN

3,410 SF Urgent Care Center interior build-out of existing shell space. Build-out consists of general medical office space and a digital X-Ray suite. Completed in 2012.

Springfield, TN

2,699 SF Urgent Care Center interior build-out of existing shell space. Build-out consists of general medical office space and a digital X-Ray suite. Completed in 2012.

Duncan, SC

3,600 SF Clinical Pharmacy interior build-out of existing shell space. New suite contains a Class 7 ISO Clean Room. Completed in 2009.

Memphis South, TN

8,386 SF Renal Dialysis facility. Developed (ground-up) on a 1.42 acre parcel, in Memphis, TN. Completed in 2009.
