Washington, DC

Renovated 18,590 SF existing 1954-built vacant office building into Renal Dialysis Facility. Project was located in a CON State. Completed in 2011.

Madisonville, KY

7,253 SF Renal Dialysis Facility developed (ground-up) on a 1.087 acre out-parcel adjacent to the Trover Health Regional Medical Center in Madisonville, KY. Completed in 2011.

Birmingham, AL

Renovated 16,158 SF existing 1976-built vacant downtown office building (old Lexus dealership) into Renal Dialysis Facility. Completed in 2011.

Clarksville, TN

Interior Renovation project of existing 25,262 medical office building in Clarksville, TN.

Gallatin, TN

Renovated 19,781 SF existing 1975-built vacant downtown office building into 8,255 SF Renal Dialysis Facility and 1,520 SF Physician Office. Completed in 2010.
