Gallatin, TN

Renovated 19,781 SF existing 1975-built vacant downtown office building into 8,255 SF Renal Dialysis Facility and 1,520 SF Physician Office. Completed in 2010.

Beaumont, CA

8,462 SF Renal Dialysis Facility developed (ground-up) on a 1 acre parcel as part of a medical office park. Completed in 2009.

Jasper, TN

8,500 SF Psychiatric Medical Center developed (ground-up) on a long term ground lease of .42 acres. Completed in 2001.

Martinez, GA

7,331 SF Renal Dialysis facility. Developed (ground-up) on a 1.29 acre parcel, in a newly created medical office park just outside of Augusta, GA. Completed in 2009.

Thornton, CO

19,124 SF Cancer Center developed (ground-up) on a 2.4 acre parcel just outside of Denver, CO. Completed in 2008.
